The third game of the season was an important one, because we suffered a loss last week.

We played against EFC Premier and started of slow, we had trouble with defending the way they would build up their plays. After we fixed that problem (by letting Joab cover their number 9), it went much better. We were creating more chances and Mert scored the 1-0 out of a corner kick. Right after that Edwin scored the 2-0 out of a counter attack with Mert who out-ran his opponent and gave a very good cross. The 3-0 was also by Mert and the 4-0 was a goal from Yinka.

They didn’t play a lot on our half because we dominated almost the whole game, but because of individual mistakes they made the 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3. That made the game exciting for the people who were watching, but not good for the coach his health. Luckily we scored the 5-3 right after by an amazing pass from Santiago to Yinka. From that point we were dominating again and Mert scored the 6-3, out of a penalty kick, Jose the 7-3 and Yinka the 8-3, because another individual mistake they scored the 8-4, which was the final score. Overall, we have a lot to improve on our defending but we can learn from each game and practice.
